Payments

We accept payments by Paypal, Payment card and bank transfer. For the bank transfers, the order will be sent from reception of the payment.

Shipping

WORLD - for EU and world destinations the sendings are made with FedexWorld (2 in 6 days according to destination) for the express service and with tracking paquet (7 in 15 days according to destination) for the economic mode. A tracking number will be accompanied with the e-mail of validation of order.

RETURN - In case of non-reception and if you are responsible (erroneous address, exceeded deadlines) you will have to settle expenses of return and we take care of the expenses of forwardings.

CUSTOMS - certain countries can ask you for additional customs charges. Thank you for informing you with your mail service.

Refunds

- Thank you for contacting us above all retour.
- From the dispatch date, you have 14 days ( fourteen days) to indicate us an error either a fault on the order. After this deadline, we shall accept no complaint of this type.
- We cannot accept a return if the article was carried or damaged.
- We are not in charge of possible losses / damage of postal services. Thank you for your understanding.
